Data Catalogue

This item is harvested.

Definition

Collection includes data from field experiments and field monitoring conducted in Western Australia from 2015 to 2021 as part of the "Effective genetic control for Stagonospora nodorum blotch (SNB)" (DAW1507-002RTX). Including dates for plant breeding lines head emergence (50%), records on disease symptoms on flag leaf and glume on susceptible control lines, recording disease progression starts from onset to 100% infected. Disease scores for earliest and latest maturing susceptible lines, plant height measurements.
