Definition
This dataset contains Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectra of wheat flour samples milled from a range of Australian wheat varieties. The measurements were collected using an Agilent Technologies Cary 630 ATR-FTIR analyser, which employs Attenuated Total Reflectance (ATR) for rapid, non-destructive analysis of solid samples. Each sample underwent background calibration prior to measurement to ensure spectral accuracy and consistency. The dataset supports the analysis of biochemical composition differences between wheat varieties and may be useful for quality classification, varietal discrimination, or predictive modelling of flour properties.
