Definition
Imaging and tiller data: the OzBarley elite panel was grown to capture images for non-destructive growth analysis. Manual measurements of tiller counts and peduncle length were additionally recorded.
X-ray data: spikes collected from greenhouse grown plants of the OzBarley elite panel were imaged with an X-ray CT scanner to collect seed and spike level data.
Supplementary Figures: Document containing the experimental design figures and descriptive plots for the non-destructive growth trial.
Supplementary Video: Timelapse video generated from side view RGB images taken during phenotyping experiment for one replicate plant of OzBarley elite lines Dictator, Maximus CL, Unicorn and Vlamingh.
